  • Technical issues that we cannot resolve
  • Incompatibility with your PrestaShop version (within stated compatibility)
  • Duplicate purchase

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Requests made after 14 days from purchase
  • Module works as described, but you no longer need it
  • Issues caused by third-party modules, themes, or customizations
  • Failure to read the product description or requirements
  • Change of mind after downloading and using the module
  • Attempting to circumvent licensing (e.g., requesting refund after using on multiple sites)

How to Request a Refund

  1. Contact Support: Email us at support@prestahub.eu with:
    • Your order number or email used for purchase
    • Reason for the refund request
    • Any relevant screenshots or error messages
  2. We'll Review: We'll respond within 1-2 business days
  3. Refund Processed: If approved, refund is issued within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Refund Process

Refunds are processed through Stripe to your original payment method:

Processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

After a Refund

Upon receiving a refund:

  • Your license is terminated
  • You must uninstall and delete all copies of the module
  • You will no longer receive updates or support

EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Directive. Because digital products are delivered immediately, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download begins, except as provided in our 14-day guarantee above.
