1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PrestaHub.eu website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Definitions

"Module" or "Product"

Any PrestaShop module or software sold or distributed through PrestaHub.eu

"License"

The right to use a Module according to these terms

"Customer" or "You"

Any individual or entity that purchases or downloads a Module

"We," "Us," or "PrestaHub"

3. License Grant

3.1 Standard License

Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Install and use the Module on one (1) production PrestaShop installation
• Install the Module on unlimited development, staging, and testing environments
• Receive updates for the Module at no additional cost

3.2 Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Redistribute, resell, lease, or sublicense the Module
• Use the Module on multiple production stores without purchasing additional licenses
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Module (except where permitted by law)
• Use the Module for any unlawful purpose

3.3 Free Modules

Free modules are provided under the same license terms, except that no payment is required. Free modules may have limited features compared to paid versions.

4. Intellectual Property

All Modules, documentation, and related materials are the intellectual property of PrestaHub.eu. The license granted does not transfer any ownership rights. PrestaShop is a trademark of PrestaShop SA; we are not affiliated with PrestaShop SA.

5. Pricing and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes for consumers
• B2B customers within the EU may be eligible for VAT-exempt pricing with a valid VAT number
• Payment is processed securely via Stripe
• Prices may change at any time; the price at the time of purchase applies

6. Delivery

After successful payment, you will receive:

• An email with a download link for the Module
• Installation documentation
• License information

Digital products are delivered instantly via email. If you don't receive the email within 15 minutes, check your spam folder or contact support.

7. Support

7.1 Included Support

Paid modules include 6 months of email support covering:

• Installation assistance
• Configuration guidance
• Bug reports and fixes

7.2 Not Included

Support does not include:

• Customization or modification of the Module
• Issues caused by third-party modules or themes
• General PrestaShop support
• Support for modified Module code

7.3 Free Module Support

Free modules are provided "as is" with community support only. We do not guarantee response times for free module inquiries.

8. Updates

Purchased licenses include free lifetime updates for the Module. Updates are provided to maintain compatibility with new PrestaShop versions and to add improvements. We do not guarantee that all features will be maintained indefinitely.

9. Refund Policy

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Modules are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We do not warrant that the Module will be error-free or uninterrupted
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Module

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrestaHub.eu from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Modules or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate your license if you violate these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using the Module and destroy all copies. Termination does not affect your payment obligations.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wrocław, Poland.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
