General Questions
After purchase, you'll receive a .zip file via email. In PrestaShop, go to Modules > Module Manager > Upload a module, select the file, and click Upload. Then install and configure the module.
Check your spam/junk folder first. If you still can't find it after 15 minutes, contact us with your order email and we'll resend it immediately.
Each license covers one production PrestaShop installation. You can use it on unlimited development/staging sites. For multiple production stores, you'll need additional licenses.
Yes! All paid modules include lifetime updates at no extra cost. We regularly update modules for compatibility with new PrestaShop versions.
Technical Questions
Each module page lists supported versions. Most modules support PrestaShop 1.7.x and 8.x. Simple Webhooks also supports PrestaShop 1.6.x.
First, clear your PrestaShop cache (Advanced Parameters > Performance > Clear Cache). Check that the module is installed AND enabled. If issues persist, contact support with your PrestaShop version and any error messages.
Our modules are backend modules and don't affect your frontend theme. They work with any PrestaShop theme.
You can modify the code, but we cannot provide support for customized versions. If you need specific features, contact us about custom development.
